This book was amazingly good! The story is set in the 1850's in California, about a beautiful woman who was given a poor hand very early in life & survived the only way she knew how. She marries a Godly man who saves her & teaches her a whole new life of relationships, love & forgiveness. She becomes uncomfortable & runs away, right into the demons of her past, where she eventually finds her true savior all along. I highly recommend this book & will treasure it's lessons for a long time to come!
